Meet Cindy Ryon

Cindy Ryon, ARHN

In 2002, my life was changed dramatically by a car accident. My health and well being were profoundly affected and I was left with long term health issues including the chronic pain and fatigue of Fibromyalgia. A deep faith in God and a desire for healing led me to investigate natural nutrition and complementary therapies. I am the recipient of the Award of Excellence as a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, Advanced Nutrition program.  As a Regististered Holistic Nutrionist, the nutritional and lifestyle changes I have implemented in my own life over the past few years give me the freedom to live well without medication and to manage pain and fatigue on an ongoing basis.

I have a genuine passion for helping you on your journey toward optimal health and well being.  My practice focuses on disease prevention and the management of health issues. Orthomolecular nutrition takes into consideration that nutrient requirements vary and that each individual has a unique need for proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and micronutrients.

My desire is to teach you about the wonderful benefits of optimal nutrition by taking a natural approach to addressing your personal nutritional and lifestyle needs.  I believe that maintaining good health is a personal choice and responsibility and that good nutrition plays a key role in strengthening your own immunity and improving your overall health.

I invite you to allow me to guide you on your journey toward optimal health and well being.

Remember that patience with yourself and consistency bring healthy rewards!
